Baked Sea Scallops

Ingredients

  • 20 round large buttery style crackers
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 14 tsp garlic powder
  • 14 tsp ground red pepper
  • 12 oz to 16 oz small scallops
  • paprika for garnish
  • 12 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 oz whipped butter
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Crush crackers to fine crumbs
  2. In 2 qt bowl mix together crumbs parsley flakes oregano garlic powder and red pepper stir in butter
  3. Add scallops and cheese mix well Turn into individual baking dishes that have been sprayed with non-stick coating or well buttered
  4. Sprinkle with paprika Bake 15 minutes
  5. Serve with brown rice Serve 4 - 6 people
