Baked Shrimp A La Jessica
Ingredients
- 1 c butter melted
- 14 c dry wine
- 14 c minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 large garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp dry basil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 34 to 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c dry breadcrumbs
- 2 lb shrimp about 32 shelled
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450
- Combine first 9 ingredients in shallow 2-quart baking dish and mix well
- Remove 14 cup of this mixture and set aside
- Add shrimp to baking dish and mix thoroughly Combine bread crumbs with reserved butter sauce and sprinkle over shrimp
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes
- Serves 6 to 8
