Baked Spanish Rice6 Servings

Ingredients
- 4 bacon slices
- 1 c chopped onions
- 12 c diced green pepper
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 13 c regular long grain rice
- 12 c Cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In 12-inch skillet over medium heat fry bacon crisp drain on paper towels
- Crumble and set aside
