Baked Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
• 1 c diced celery
• 1 small onion
• 1 c bread crumbs
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 c cheese cracker crumbs

Directions

1. Drain spinach
2. Cook celery and onion in a little margarine Mix with remaining ingredients saving cheese crumbs for topping Bake at 275 until it smells good about 30 minutes
