Baked Spinach Cheese Squares
Ingredients
- 2 pkg frozen spinach
- 12 c flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 6 eggs well beaten
- 1 large 16 oz carton cottage cheese
- 4 c cheese grated
Directions
- Thaw spinach Blend all ingredients and put in an 11 x 7-inch buttered casserole
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Cut in squares to serve
