Baked Squash From Black-Eyed Pea Restaurant

Ingredients
- 5 lb yellow squash
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 4 oz butter
- 14 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Cut off tips of squash and cut in pieces
- Boil until tender Drain and mash
- Add eggs bread crumbs and butter
- Then add sugar salt onion and pepper
- Bake in greased casserole at 350 until top is lightly browned about 45 minutes
- Makes 10 servings
