Baked Stuffed Eggplant

Ingredients
- 1 large eggplant
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 12 tsp basil
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 14 c tomato paste
- 14 c wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp parsley
Directions
- Wash eggplant and cut in half lengthwise
- Carefully remove pulp leaving 12-inch of the outer shell
- Dice pulp
