Baked Summer Squash

Ingredients
- 12 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 slices toast diced
- 3 tsp butter
- grated sharp cheese
- squash diced large
- paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg beaten
Directions
- Cook squash in small amount of salted water until barely tender
- Combine squash with the onion toast butter salt pepper and paprika
- Stir in raw egg
- Place in a greased baking dish
- Cover with cheese
- Bake in a moderate oven until cheese is melted and squash is quite hot
