Baked Yams
Ingredients
- 1 20 oz can pineapple slices
- 2 17 oz cans yams
- 14 c flour
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 18 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 14 c chopped nuts
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Drain pineapple reserving 14 cup syrup
- Line sides of an 8 x 10-inch baking dish with pineapple slightly overlapping Arrange yams in center
- Pour pineapple syrup over yams
- Combine flour brown sugar cinnamon and salt
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- Stir in nuts Sprinkle over yams
- Top with marshmallows
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
