Baked Zucchini
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 12 c sugar I use 1 34 c
- 1 c oil
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 12 c grated zucchini
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together Bake in a greased loaf pan in a 350 oven for approximately 1 hour
