Baked Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 large zucchini
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp celery seed
  • thin slices Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Dice zucchini and tomato into 1-inch pieces
  2. Arrange in 9 x 12-inch baking dish
  3. Sprinkle with tomato paste pour over 12 can water
  4. Add salt and celery seed cover with foil
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  6. Remove cover top with cheese slices and bake uncovered for 30 minutes more
  7. Serves 6
