Baklava

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb walnuts
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 c sugar
• approximately 5 slivers lemon peel
• 1 lb filo dough found in store freezers usually near pastries
• 12 c honey plus 12 c water
• juice of 1 small lemon
• 1 12 c sweet butter melted
• whole cloves

1. Will also need a new 2-inch paint brush
