Grind nuts and combine with cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl
Melt butter Brush bottom of a 14 x 20-inch pan with butter
Place one pastry sheet and brush with butter repeating process until 6 pastry sheets line pan
Add nut mixture Add another sheet Brush with butter and sprinkle with nut mixture Repeat process until all ingredients are used ending with 4 layers of buttered filo on top Cut into diamond shapes Bake at 325 for 1 hour
