Bamboo Pickles

Ingredients

  • 3 c vinegar
  • 3 c water
  • 14 c salt

Directions

  1. Boil together
  2. Put into jars one clove garlic hot pepper a small amount of alum dill weed or 12 tsp dill seed
  3. Cook bamboo for 25 minutes
  4. After it begins to boil cool in ice water fill jars with bamboo
  5. Pour hot vinegar into jars seal
  6. Boil five minutes in a hot water bath to seal
