Bamboo Pickles

Ingredients
- 3 c vinegar
- 3 c water
- 14 c salt
Directions
- Boil together
- Put into jars one clove garlic hot pepper a small amount of alum dill weed or 12 tsp dill seed
- Cook bamboo for 25 minutes
- After it begins to boil cool in ice water fill jars with bamboo
- Pour hot vinegar into jars seal
- Boil five minutes in a hot water bath to seal
