Banana-Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 12 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 3 large ripe bananas
• 12 c chopped walnuts

1. Beat sugar shortening and eggs
2. Sift together and stir in dry ingredients
