Banana-Nut Salad

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg jello strawberry raspberry or cherry flavor gelatin
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 c boiling water
- 34 c cold water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 medium banana sliced
- 14 to 13 c celery chopped
- 14 c pecans chopped
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water
- Add cold water and lemon juice
- Chill until thickened
- Fold in banana slices celery and nuts
- Pour into 3 or 4-cup mold
- Chill until firm Unmold and serve with crisp lettuce and mayonnaise
