Banana-Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

• 1 6 oz pkg orange jello
• 2 c hot water
• 2 c miniature marshmallows
• 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple
• 12 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 c pineapple juice
• 2 eggs
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 3 bananas
• 1 large carton Cool Whip
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Dissolve jello in hot water
2. Add marshmallows and chill
3. When mixture has set to the consistency of egg whites stir in crushed pineapple
4. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish
5. Let mixture set up
6. Mix sugar flour pineapple juice and eggs
7. Cook over low heat until thick
8. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth then fold in Cool Whip
9. Cool
10. When jello mixture is set slice bananas on top
11. Put cream cheese mixture on top of that then sprinkle with nuts
