Banana BreadLow-Fat

Ingredients
- 34 c apple butter
- 1 12 c brown sugar
- 1 egg substitute
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 c chopped dates
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 c quick cooking oats
Directions
- Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
- Bake at 350 for about 1 hour
