Ingredients

  • 34 c apple butter
  • 1 12 c brown sugar
  • 1 egg substitute
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 c chopped dates
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 12 tsp baking soda
  • 1 12 tsp salt
  • 1 c quick cooking oats

Directions

  1. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
  2. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour
