Banana Brownie Pie
Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
- 1 c 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 c butter
- 1 14 oz can condensed milk
- 34 c biscuit baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c chopped walnuts
- 2 ripe bananas sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Bake pastry shell 10 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Reduce temperature to 325
- In small saucepan over low heat melt chips with butter
- In a large mixer bowl beat chocolate mixture with milk biscuit mix eggs and vanilla until smooth
- Stir in walnuts
- Place bananas on bottom of pastry shell Pour chocolate mixture over bananas
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set
- Cool
- Garnish as desired
- Refrigerate leftovers
