Banana Brunch Cake

Ingredients

• 2 12 c Aunt Jemima pancake mix
• 34 c brown sugar
• 1 12 tsp cinnamon
• 1 12 c mashed bananas about 4
• 34 c milk
• 1 egg
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 14 c packed brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp butter melted

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Grease cake pan
3. Combine the first 3 ingredients together
4. Add bananas milk egg and oil mix well Spread into prepared pan
5. Combine nuts brown sugar and butter Pour evenly over batter
6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown
