Banana Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c mashed bananas
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 3 oz pkg butter pecan pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c water
- 14 c Crisco oil
- 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl Pour into a well greased Bundt pan
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes
- Turn out on a plate
- A light powdered sugar glaze goes well with this cake
