Banana Butter

Ingredients

• 3 c prepared fruit about 10 bananas
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 lemon
• 13 c finely chopped maraschino cherries optional
• 6 12 c 2 lb 14 oz sugar
• 1 bottle Certo fruit pectin

Directions

1. First prepare the fruit
2. Mash thoroughly about 10 ripe bananas
3. Measure 3 cups into a very large saucepan
4. Squeeze the juice from 1 medium lemon measure 2 tablespoons into the pan Add maraschino cherries
