Banana Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 12 c flour
- 12 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c butter softened
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 12 c semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 12 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Sift flour soda and salt together In a large bowl cream together butter and sugars
- Add egg bananas and vanilla
- Mix well
- Gradually stir in dry ingredients
- Fold in chocolate pieces and walnuts
