Banana Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 12 doz ripe bananas mashed well
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 2 eggs beaten
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 2 12 tsp soda
• 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Mash bananas
2. Mix well sugar oil eggs and salt
3. Mix flour spices soda and pecans optional
4. Alternate flour mixture and bananas into the sugar mixture
5. Bake in two 9-inch pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan grease well
6. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
7. After cooled ice with cream cheese mix
8. It makes for smiles
