Banana Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk
  • 13 c ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 medium bananas

Directions

  1. In a large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy
  2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
  3. Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla
  4. Slice 2 bananas dip in lemon juice
  5. Drain and line crust
  6. Pour over bananas cover
  7. Chill 3 hours or until set Before serving slice remaining bananas dip in lemon juice drain and garnish top of pie
  8. Refrigerate leftovers
