Banana Fluff Cake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c sugar
- 12 c shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c mashed bananas
- 14 c buttermilk
- 34 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c flour
- 12 to 1 c nuts save some nuts for top of cake
- 1 box banana instant pudding
- Cool Whip
Directions
- Mix eggs sugar and shortening together
- Add vanilla bananas buttermilk and baking soda
- Mix well
- Add baking powder flour salt and nuts
- Beat until fluffy
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Cool
- Mix 1 package of banana instant pudding according to box directions
- Spread over cake Spread Cool Whip over this
- Sprinkle with nuts
