Banana Nut Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 c flour all-purpose
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 1 c water
- 34 c mashed banana
- 14 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 egg beaten
- 13 c cooking oil
- 12 c nuts chopped fine optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 Sift flour sugar baking powder and salt in a bowl Mix well then add milk egg water oil banana and nuts if wanted Stir mixture until batter is moistened Bake for 15 minutes
