Banana Poppy-Seed Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg
- 12 c sugar
- 14 c vegetable oil
- 12 c milk
- 1 12 c sifted flour
- 2 12 tsp poppy seed
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Fill 12 cupcakes tins with paper liners Mash bananas with a fork
- In large bowl mix egg sugar and vegetable oil
- Add and mix milk and mashed bananas
- In a small bowl stir flour poppy seed salt baking soda and baking powder Add flour mixture all at one time to the liquid mixture
- Using a wooden spoon stir just until dry ingredients are moistened
- Using a metal or plastic measuring cup
- Pour batter into cupcake liners until they are half full
- Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
