Banana Poppy-Seed Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 12 c sugar
  • 14 c vegetable oil
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 12 c sifted flour
  • 2 12 tsp poppy seed
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Fill 12 cupcakes tins with paper liners Mash bananas with a fork
  3. In large bowl mix egg sugar and vegetable oil
  4. Add and mix milk and mashed bananas
  5. In a small bowl stir flour poppy seed salt baking soda and baking powder Add flour mixture all at one time to the liquid mixture
  6. Using a wooden spoon stir just until dry ingredients are moistened
  7. Using a metal or plastic measuring cup
  8. Pour batter into cupcake liners until they are half full
  9. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
