Banana Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 small ripe bananas
- 1 2 layer size pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 4 serving size pkg banana or vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c water
- 14 c oil
- 12 c chopped nuts optional
Directions
- Slice bananas into large mixing bowl
- Beat until well mashed
- Add remaining ingredients
- Blend
- Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
- Pour into 10-inch well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan
- Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes
- Cool in pan at least 15 minutes
- Remove from pan
- Finish cooling on rack Sprinkle with confectioners sugar if desired
- May be baked in 9 x 13-inch pan for 50 to 55 minutes
