Banana Punch
Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 6 c water
- 1 46 oz can pineapple juice unsweetened
- 5 ripe bananas
- 5 oranges or 2 c orange juice concentrate
- juice of 2 lemons
Directions
- Boil 3 minutes the sugar and water
- Let cool
- Add pineapple juice
- Mix in blender the bananas oranges and orange juice lemon juice and red food coloring
- After blending add this to first mixture
- Mix thoroughly and freeze in milk cartons plastic jugs
- When ready to serve take out of freezer and partly thaw Before serving add 3 quarts Slice or ginger ale
- This makes 1 gallon plus 1 quart
- Serves 50
