Banana Raisin Bread
Ingredients
- 1 12 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 c sugar
- 12 tsp or less salt
- 3 to 4 mashed bananas about 1 12 c
- 12 c egg substitute or 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c safflower oil
- 34 c plain nonfat yogurt
- 23 c raisins
Directions
- Sift together flour soda sugar and salt
- Set aside
- Whirl bananas egg vanilla and oil in blender fold in yogurt
- Add raisins pour over dry ingredients
- Blend with wire whisk until smooth
- Grease a loaf pan with tub safflower margarine pour batter in pan
- Bake 1 hour at 350
