Banana Slat Cake

Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2-1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 4 Tbsp. buttermilk
- pinch salt
Directions
- Cream oleo with sugar and blend well; add beaten eggs to mixture.
- Add vanilla and bananas to creamed mixture.
- Sift and measure flour with soda and sift again.
- Add milk and dry ingredients alternately to creamed mixture.
- Bake in 9x13-inch pan for 1 hour at 325°.
