Banana Split Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbsp butter melted
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 large carton whipped topping
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas
- pecans optional
Directions
- Mix crumbs and margarine press into bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan
- Beat powdered sugar vanilla and softened margarine together 10 minutes or until very creamy
- Add eggs
- Beat for a short time
- Spread over crumb layer
- Cut bananas lengthwise
- Put on cream layer
- Drain pineapple
- Spoon over bananas
- Cover with whipped topping
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over top
