Banana Split Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 15 14 oz can crushed pineapple drained reserve liquid
  • 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 4 serving size pkg instant banana cream pudding
  • 2 c 1 pt whipping cream whipped
  • 1 15 14 oz pkg chocolate wafers 40 wafers
  • 4 medium bananas sliced and dipped in lemon juice

Directions

  1. To reserved pineapple liquid add enough water to make 1 12 cups
  2. In large bowl combine Eagle Brand milk
  3. Add pudding mix and beat well
  4. Add pineapple
  5. Chill 10 minutes
  6. Fold in whipped cream
  7. Spoon 1 12 cups pudding into 3 to 4-quart glass serving bowl
  8. Top with 13 each of chocolate wafers banana and pudding Repeat layering twice ending with pudding
  9. Chill thoroughly
