Banana Split Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 15 14 oz can crushed pineapple drained reserve liquid
- 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 4 serving size pkg instant banana cream pudding
- 2 c 1 pt whipping cream whipped
- 1 15 14 oz pkg chocolate wafers 40 wafers
- 4 medium bananas sliced and dipped in lemon juice
Directions
- To reserved pineapple liquid add enough water to make 1 12 cups
- In large bowl combine Eagle Brand milk
- Add pudding mix and beat well
- Add pineapple
- Chill 10 minutes
- Fold in whipped cream
- Spoon 1 12 cups pudding into 3 to 4-quart glass serving bowl
- Top with 13 each of chocolate wafers banana and pudding Repeat layering twice ending with pudding
- Chill thoroughly
