Banana Tea Bread

Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 3 bananas mashed
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Cream shortening with sugar then with eggs until very light and fluffy
- Stir in bananas
- Sift together flour soda and salt Blend into banana mixture
- Add nuts
- Turn into a greased 9 x -5-inch loaf pan
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until done
- Cool before slicing
