Banana Yellow Cake

Ingredients

• cake batter as directed
• 18 tsp soda
• 34 c water
• 1 c mashed bananas 2 to 3 medium
• 13 c finely chopped nuts if desired
• sweetened whipped cream if desired
• sliced bananas if desired

Directions

1. Make batter as directed except stir 18 teaspoon soda into mix before adding liquid
2. Use only 34 cup water and add 1 cup mashed bananas 2 to 3 medium
3. If desired fold 13 cup finely chopped nuts into batter
4. Pour into prepared oblong or layer pans
5. Bake
6. If desired fill and frost with sweetened whipped cream and sliced bananas
