BankerS Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger
• 12 c ketchup
• 14 c onion chopped
• 2 eggs
• 13 c Milnot
• 12 tsp salt
• 8 oz macaroni
• 14 c mayonnaise
• 2 tsp mustard
• 1 c grated cheese
• 12 c cornflake crumbs
• 14 c oleo

Directions

1. Mix hamburger ketchup onion eggs milk and salt in mixing bowl
2. Cook macaroni and drain Add mustard and mayonnaise to macaroni
3. Alternate layers of beef mixture and macaroni mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan
4. Sprinkle with cheese then sprinkle with cornflake crumbs Drizzle oleo over all
5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
