Banquet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 2 lb bag frozen hash browns
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Thaw frozen hash browns until they can be broken apart and stirred
- Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well
- Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Bake 1 12 hours uncovered in 300 to 325 oven
- Serves 12
- May be made in advance and refrigerated until time to bake
