Banquet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 2 lb bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Thaw frozen hash browns until they can be broken apart and stirred
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well
  3. Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  5. Bake 1 12 hours uncovered in 300 to 325 oven
  6. Serves 12
  7. May be made in advance and refrigerated until time to bake
