Bar-B-QueD Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- 2 large onions sliced
- 12 bottle ketchup
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 4 Tbsp dark brown sugar
Directions
- Place pork chops in a large skillet and cover with water Brown the chops
- Remove from skillet and brown the onions
- Put chops back in the skillet with the onions and add vinegar brown sugar and ketchup
- Add water to cover
- Cook over high heat until it starts to boil
- Reduce heat to low let simmer until gravy thickens about 2 hours
