BarbaraS Pineapple Cream Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 20 oz crushed pineapple
- 34 c sugar
- 2 35 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c milk
- 1 c whipping cream
- 14 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 34 c toasted coconut
Directions
- Bake cake as directed in 13 x 9-inch pan
- Meanwhile combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan
- Cook over medium heat 20 minutes
- Poke fork into done cake
- Pour on pineapple mix spread evenly
- Cool completely
