BarbaraS Pineapple Cream Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 34 c sugar
  • 2 35 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c milk
  • 1 c whipping cream
  • 14 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 34 c toasted coconut

Directions

  1. Bake cake as directed in 13 x 9-inch pan
  2. Meanwhile combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan
  3. Cook over medium heat 20 minutes
  4. Poke fork into done cake
  5. Pour on pineapple mix spread evenly
  6. Cool completely
