BarbaraS Sugarless Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 c unsweetened apple juice
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 c sliced peeled apples
- 12 c raisins
- 1 recipe 2-crust pie pastry
- butter
Directions
- Combine lemon juice apple juice flour and cinnamon in a bowl Mix with apples and raisins in a large bowl
- Line 10-inch pie plate with half the pastry
- Fill with apple mixture dot with butter
- Cover with top crust cut vents
- Bake at 425 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown
