Barbecue

Ingredients
- 6 lb cubed beef stew meat
- 12 lb suet
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c water
- 2 c catsup or 1 bottle
- 2 c minced onion
- 12 tsp red pepper optional
- 12 c Liquid Smoke
- 2 crushed bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 3 heaping Tbsp chili powder
- 1 12 oz or 4 heaping Tbsp barbecue spice
- 12 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Pressure cook the stew meat suet salt and water for 1 hour After pressuring add the remaining ingredients and let simmer 30 to 40 minutes
