Barbecue Beef Burger
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef do not brown first
- 12 c ketchup
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 34 Tbsp mustard
- 12 Tbsp vinegar
- 34 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 14 c chopped onions
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- small amount of water enough to moisten
Directions
- Cook slowly in thick saucepan 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Makes 6 to 7 sandwiches
