Barbecue Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 large Reynolds oven bag 14 x 20-inch
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 c barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 1 lb sirloin steak cut into strips
- 4 sandwich rolls
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Shake flour in oven bag and place in large baking pan
- Add barbecue sauce and chili powder and squeeze bag to blend
- Add onion and beef turn bag to coat
- Tie off bag and bake for 45 minutes
- Divide mixture evenly onto rolls
