Barbecue Brisket

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
Directions
- Poke holes all over brisket
- Line a 9 x 12-inch pan with foil
- Lay brisket in pan
- Mix all ingredients and pour over brisket
- Leave a little air space and set in refrigerator overnight
- Cook at 275 for 6 hours
- Open foil and pour 1 12 cup Hunts natural barbecue sauce over meat
- Re-wrap and cook 1 12 hours more
- Shred meat before serving or freezing
