Barbecue Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Poke holes all over brisket
  2. Line a 9 x 12-inch pan with foil
  3. Lay brisket in pan
  4. Mix all ingredients and pour over brisket
  5. Leave a little air space and set in refrigerator overnight
  6. Cook at 275 for 6 hours
  7. Open foil and pour 1 12 cup Hunts natural barbecue sauce over meat
  8. Re-wrap and cook 1 12 hours more
  9. Shred meat before serving or freezing
