Barbecue Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 c chopped onion
- 12 c celery
- 12 c mushroom slices
- 14 ketchup
- 1 c cut up tomatoes
- 1 c water
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp flour
Directions
- Fry ground chuck onion celery and mushrooms in shortening Add ketchup tomatoes water and seasoning
- Cover simmer 15 minutes
- Add flour cook until slightly thick
- Serve over round buns
