Barbecue Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 1 c fine bread crumbs
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 egg beaten
• 12 c water
• 3 Tbsp vinegar
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• dash of hot sauce
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 12 c tomato sauce
• 12 c tomato ketchup
• 3 Tbsp brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp prepared mustard

Directions

1. Soften bread crumbs with small amount of milk then combine hamburger onions egg salt pepper and tomato sauce
2. Shape into a loaf
3. Top loaf with 2 or 3 slices of bacon
4. Combine ketchup water brown sugar vinegar hot sauce mustard and Worcestershire sauce
5. Pour sauce over loaf
6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
