Barbecue Meatball Bites
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 13 c fine bread crumbs
- 1 eggs slightly beaten
- 12 tsp poultry seasoning
- 12 c catsup
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar packed
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Mix ground beef bread crumbs egg and poultry seasoning Shape into about 2 dozen 1 12-inch balls Brown balls slowly in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat Pour off excess fat
