Barbecue Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 can buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb ground meat
- 12 c ketchup
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 12 tsp chili powder
- 1 c 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits
- Flatten into 5-inch circles Place each one in the bottom and sides of a greased muffin pan Set pan aside
- Brown ground meat and drain well
- Mix brown sugar ketchup vinegar and chili powder
- Stir until smooth
- Add to meat and mix well
- Divide meat mixture among biscuit lined pan about 14-cup for each
- Sprinkle with cheese
