Barbecue Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 8 lean pork chops
- 12 c catsup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 13 c vinegar
- 1 c water
Directions
- Brown chops in hot shortening
- Drain
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops
- Bake in slow oven at 325 for 1 12 hours
- Turn chops once during baking
