Barbecue Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large thin sliced potatoes
- 1 small chopped onion
- 34 c milk
- 34 c evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco
- 14 lb 12 slices American cheese
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Put layer of potatoes in baking dish sprinkle with chopped onion and salt and pepper Lay slices of cheese over them Repeat
- Mix ketchup milk butter and sauces together and pour over potato layers
- Place bay leaf on top
- Cover and bake at 350 to 375 for 1 12 hours
- Remove bay leaf before serving
